The Crew switches to full time employment, stabilizing production schedules and increasing efficiency. As the Crew continues to grow, Bert and Lynne see their employees getting married, buying cars and homes, and starting families. They suddenly realize their greater burden of responsibility as employers for the continued survival and growth of the company to maintain the jobs their employees are relying upon.
