Schippers & Crew, Inc. is a privately-owned Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company founded in 1990. We serve OEMs from a wide variety of fields such as test and measurement, medical instruments, industrial controls, communications and aerospace.

We build and inspect to IPC-A-610, Class 2 and Class 3 workmanship standards. We are certified to ISO 9001-2015. We are working on process improvement for AS9100.

Schippers & Crew, Inc. provides full turnkey services where we purchase material compliant with all customer requirements. ERP management system in place for optimum scheduling.

We provide consigned services, It begins with Kit Audit department where components are verified against your bill of materials. Inconsistences are noted immediately to help ensure a smooth and timely assembly process.

Schippers & Crew, Inc. uses integrated Program Teams to provide the best customer service possible. The Program Manager is the focus of the team, with supporting members from Quality, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain and Operations. All information flows through the Program Manager.

A dedicated Schippers & Crew NPI team (NPI – New Product Introduction) assures that every new product is reviewed by manufacturing engineering, built to customer specifications and delivered on schedule to maximize its success in the marketplace.
